 - Mets Math was correct. 31 wins for 90 was the magic number. The Mets fell short. 



 - The Mets got beat and played tight at home.



- The second half showed elite offensive potential. 



- There are 6 to 7 core offensive players to be excited about. It's a unique time in Mets history.



- Don't be surprised if Mickey Callaway returns. 



- Why replace Callaway with another unknown. His faults are areas that can be improved upon. 



- Hiring anyone outside of a New York tested manager like Joe Girardi is foolish.
