So In this episode of A-List Conversation, we're Interviewing Todd Nepola. Todd Nepola, President and Founder of Current Capital Group. Todd graduated college in the 1990s and immediately became a stockbroker. He realized he only got paid when someone decided to trade - through commission. This was when he realized real estate was the way to build his wealth. In June of 1998, he made his first deal, and cash has been flowing ever since.
Todd never liked flipping houses. He believes in holding real estate long-term and bringing in that cash flow! Today he is here to talk to us about his real estate journey and how we can achieve his kind of real estate investing success!
