Supernatural Season 5, Episode 2, Good God, Y'all! recap 🚘 The first Horseman of the Apocalypse rolls into town, Rufus, Ellen, and Jo are BACK, and Cas has a plan to find God on Denim-wrapped Nightmares, a Supernatural rewatch podcast.

After Lucifer's rising, Bobby is in a wheelchair (and furious that Cas didn't heal him), and Cas pops in with a plan: find God. He just needs one thing from Dean, and it's the amulet Sam gave him all those years ago. Meanwhile, Rufus (Steven Williams) calls Bobby for help because demons are everywhere in River Pass, Colorado, and the boys roll in to find Ellen (Samantha Ferris) and Jo (Alona Tal) holed up with the survivors. But nothing in this town is what it seems.

In the lore segment, we dig into the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse from the Book of Revelation: John of Patmos, the first four of the seven seals, and the riders on the white, red, black, and pale horses. We focus on War, the rider on the red horse, who is given a great sword to take peace from the earth (and who some say represents civil war), plus why crossed swords signify entering battle.

Dean: "Try Mexico. I hear he's on a tortilla."
Cas: "He's not on any flatbread."
