Let me tell you this does far exceed humbleness into sheer embarrassment. The story I am telling you in this episode is about the harshest feedback I ever got on my performance in the workplace. And very deserved so.

The reason I am sharing this with you is because you might have the same expectation on yourself when it comes to showing up to a career interview and high-stakes situation at work. You want to come across as strong, confident, bold.
