Chris Mignone wasn't tied to a desk, he was tied to the outside of the building as a union window installer in New York City.
Once his fist child was born, he wanted to spend more time with family. So he set out to do his first real estate wholesale deal, making $35k on the first one.
Eventually, he made more than his $200k salary and went full time wholesaling and being a more present dad.
