I added horses of course! But seriously, try to include as many of these healthy habits as possible every day.
If you want to change your life, you must start to cultivate good habits. Depending on what they are our habits will either make us or break us. Healthy habits are learned in the same way as unhealthy ones, through practice.
When building your healthy habits, choose ones that are easier to stick to. Want to develop a habit of reading to expand your mind? Choose a book that you can’t put down. Want to make sure you exercise? Do one you enjoy doing. Want a healthier diet? Choose food you find tasty.
Over time your habits will become your lifestyle.
