Stephen Gay is an award-winning designer that has spent the last twenty-five years working on digital innovation around the globe, supporting teams across five continents including companies such as Google, Intuit and Motorola, as well as numerous successful startups. He wrote the graphic business novel Why Always Wins focused on empowering high performing teams. And is now the author of Night Owls, his debut science fiction series.

He is a trained facilitator and certified career and creative coach (ACC, CPCC) who believes everyone is creative, resourceful and whole with the innate ability to bring their ideas to life.
