The bombardment of sexualized media is proving to be exhausting to Gen Zers, according to a recent UCLA study. Friends was a beloved classic TV show for many Millennials, but its regular inclusion of casual sex goes against Gen Z’s taste for plot lines with platonic friendships. Today I share my thoughts on this study as we explore whether there is any good media out there that shares Gen Z’s taste.
