Kansas State stumbled at Texas, losing 33-30 in overtime, while Kansas rolled into Ames, Iowa, and took down the Iowa State Cyclones, 28-21. Co-host Tim Fitzgerald was unable to appear on the show this week due to internet issues in Las Vegas, where he's covering Kansas State's season-opening basketball game Monday night, so WIBW's Katie Maher sat in for Fitz this week.
The Drive, featuring co-hosts Tim Fitzgerald and Michael Swain, will be available as part of the 247Sports Podcast Network the day after its television airing on WIBW. Due to altered highlight rights, the video version of The Drive is no longer available for replay on the Internet.
