Dr. Pat became sole owner of Apple Valley Eye Care in 2017, after a long partnership with the original founder Dr. Bob Blomquist. Dr. Pat has received both Young Optometrist of the Year and Optometrist of the Year from the Minnesota Optometric Association. He is still very active in the State of Minnesota Optometric Association.
