Episode Details

In one of our favorite episodes, we introduce you to the newest kids on the block - your 2023 North Dakota High School Individual State XC Champions! We asked Owen Sondag (Class A Boys), Jocie Schiller (Class A Girls), Brynn Hanson (Class B Girls), and Jonah Njos (Class B Boys) about what it felt like to win, how they prepared for this season, and what's next. Plus many good stories and banter about this XC season! Because Jonah joined late, he'll be getting his own episode. Stay tuned!
