Description
Joey Fry has hit rock bottom and found his way back to a life of purpose.
Growing up in Newcastle with an at-time challenging life without a male role model to guide him left Joey a bit lost at times. And after a breakup with a girlfriend and 6 months of brutal loneliness on Christmas Eve 2019, Joey attempted to take his life.
An unsuccessful attempt led to Joey losing one of his legs, but ultimately he survived. This led him to a burning curiosity to find out why he got to such a dark place. this is where he discovered at its core it was loneliness.
Joey recently starred in a documentary - The Great Separation where he and experts break down the loneliness epidemic we are facing as humans.
