While the Bulls are 2-3 on the season, neither victory came via a sustainable formula, with the win over the Raptors an outright fluke comeback. The Bulls just haven't played well and don't look like a team with all that much upside to be substantially better. Blowing it up should be on the table, but is that something the front office will actually consider if things don't improve?
