Wrestling the past few weeks with how others with great audacity, sense of self worth, maybe arrogance maybe ignorance can carry so much credibility. And, also how they can be subtly condescending.

Most importantly, thinking through what responsibility I have through my attitude and behavior to reinforce this in others or have them respond to me in the manner that they do.

Transactional and Translational Leadership has a place; oftentimes it's a great impetus or starting point, but it has nowhere near the value of Transformational Leadership. Hype and Sound Bites only carry you so far and certainly not through great challenges or stress.
