Israel is claiming to have hit 300 targets in Gaza over the past 24 hours alone. One of those targets, a refugee camp just north of Gaza City, is where Israel says a senior Hamas commander was located. A spokesman for the Red Cross located in southern Gaza joins to describe worsening conditions amid the humanitarian crisis.
