This classic short story is getting renewed popularity from the newly released Netflix show called Fall of House of Usher, where each episode is named after a Poe short story and has themes of that story in that episode.

In the story, a narrator visits a childhood friend, Roderick Usher at his grand estate, where his presence has been requested to help with his illness.
