Health is simple until you don’t have it. In the natural health and healing world everyone claims to have the keys to the kingdom, which when you face real challenges, is revealed to be based more in theory and less in reality.

In this King Hero interview Sherry Rothwell, RHN (Registered Holistic Nutritionist) and GAPS (Gut & Psychology Syndrome) Certified Practitioner, will be talking about why true health is so highly nuanced, why so much of her focus is on the gut, how long term results are achieved, and her workshop coming up in the House of Free Will on November 10th.

Sherry's Bio:

Sherry Rothwell, RHN (Registered Holistic Nutritionist) and GAPS (Gut & Psychology Syndrome) Certified Practitioner is an expert in gut healing and how to take responsibility for your own health. She is no stranger to taking her health into her own hands either. In her early twenties, she healed herself of depression, paranoia, acne, chronic yeast infections, and mono, and later as a mom healed her son of extreme eczema using a leaky gut diet. Sherry’s been helping people heal themselves since the mid-nineties when she first began working in the natural health field. She also birthed her daughter at home without any prenatal or birth experts - midwifed only by the creator.
Sherry’s program the Delish Diet approach to losing weight naturally without diet-“ing”, is simply a front for teaching people how to address their health problems at the level of root cause. She will share why natural weight loss, is a good side effect of addressing underlying body system imbalances and explain why being fat is an effect of your health problems, not the cause of them.
