Description
God is not governed by TIME or Space. He created TIME, SPACE and MATTER as in Genesis 1 so, he existed before TIME, SPACE and MATTER. Therefore he transcends TIME, SPACE and MATTER. God is immanent because he is present in all of creation. . His creation is being managed by him.
