For decades we constantly drive ourselves to believe more in ourselves and we have the perception that the main objective is to have strong unweaving positive beliefs in what we do and in our abilities. Tony gives several examples of how this doesn't work. Why is it that the more we try harder to believe in something more doubts come in?
