In his youth, Michael was diagnosed with testicular cancer and underwent surgery. Later he was diagnosed with a cancerous tumour below his heart. He underwent chemotherapy but many years later was diagnosed with mastocytosis, a rare disease that is characterized by an abnormal accumulation of mast cells on the skin, bone marrow and internal organs along with a drop in blood pressure which results in attacks that, at times, leave him unconscious. Michael joins us from England to tell us his fascinating story and how cannabis has helped him and his 92 year old father.
