They talk about the role of purpose in shaping effective gatherings. Zoom has brought an interesting intimacy to our conversations, which can build deeper connections. Because being on Zoom all of the time is stressful, Nancy and Sarah draw on learning research to see how using on demand tools (videos, emails, info sheets, etc.) can increase engagement.
