A former student of mine posted this morning about looking for people to share some positive thoughts with her & I did just that.  Love that concept.  I shared a couple of things with her and with you here today - so I hope that you start putting more smiles out there for yourself and others.  Along with that, look for more positive things out there in and around your life - it's out there!!  Look to remove your limitations that you put on yourself and start believing in yourself.  The two of these - smiles and limitations, are connected for sure.
