As they both recap and discuss the RISE RETREAT! which is Audrey's official launch to her Retreats, we go over what was experienced, feelings, emotions, the house vibe, the special surprise guest she had for us all & just the overall beautifulness to a beach view weekend of healing and working on ourselves not only as Attendee's but as Facilitators and Hosting her first retreat.
