In the first full episode of Entangled, I'm honored to interview my friend Annie O'Connell. We discuss the idea of duality, Annie’s definition of spirituality and its relationship to healing. We get into each of our respective spiritual journeys and dive further into the modalities that have been particularly helpful in Annie’s journey – such as Reiki healing, acupuncture and somatic therapy.
