James Clear’s book emphasizes the importance of small, consistent, incremental progress and provides actionable advice to achieve lasting behavior change.

1. You do not rise to the level of your goals, you fall to the level of your systems.
2. Every action you take is a vote for the kind of person you wish to become.
3. You should be far more concerned with your current trajectory than your current result.
4. It is so easy to overestimate the importance of one defining moment & underestimate the value of making small improvements on a daily basis.
5. You don’t have to be the victim of your environment, you can also be the architect of it.
