Description
After the one open date Mississippi State re-starts this 2023 season at Arkansas. The Bulldogs and Razorbacks are a combined 0-7 SEC so something has to give Saturday, with a 11:00am kickoff. Injury questions dominate Bulldog conversations. Quarterback Will Rogers' string of 38 consecutive starts is a question, and he is out Mike Wright steps in. Other Bulldogs of concern are lead running back Woody Marks, defensive end De'Monte Russell, placekicker Kyle Ferrie. Bulldog basketball is at SEC Media Days in Birmingham, while the Diamond Dogs are playing NCAA-allowed fall games off and on campus.
