How do parents with multiple kids, who work, do extracurricular activities with them? They are at the office. Their kids go to daycare in the morning and stay until 6:00 p.m. Maybe they can do something on the weekend. We are too available. Too involved. We know too much. Our kids have constant access to us. There is no "Hey, are you available?". There is no boundary of work. How did we get so far behind that we do everything for them? If we ask our kids to do something, they will literally look us in the face and say no.
