Today we are talking about Principle #4 for increased business and personal success, which is to ask yourself: Do you practice what you preach?
When you “preach” about the importance of taking the weekends off of work to recharge your batteries, and you spend the weekends working and therefore sacrificing personal time, you need to take a step back and rethink where your principles got off track and then get back on track. When you expect your team to be accountable for doing their job to the level of your satisfaction and that takes your firm to the next level, then you also have to be accountable to do your part as well.
