Episode Details

The plaintiff says the defendant hired him to paint some rooms in the house, but he got stiffed. He’s suing him for outstanding wages owed, plus mental anguish. The defendant says the plaintiff was a day laborer who did subpar work, but he paid him daily anyway. He denies owing anything. 

Then, the plaintiff says he bought a car from the defendant, but the guy scammed him and never gave him the vehicle after he paid for it in full. He’s suing for his money back. The defendant claims the plaintiff only paid off part of the car, plus he’s stuck paying storage fees. He denies owing anything.
