Amita has been teaching Vipassana meditation for over 25 years. She’s been a resident teacher at the Insight Meditation Society. Amita is a licensed psychotherapist in Hawaii and the author of the biography, Dipa Ma; The Life and Legacy of a Buddhist Master.
