This week's Announcements:

In 2017 we are going to be focusing on three big stories. God's story of love and redemption, Your story, and getting to know and hear from you, and seeing how those overlap to create Our story. The first step of this process is called Begin. We are hosting a special Begin event on January 28th, and would like to invite you to come and hear about this exciting journey. Please mark your calendars and set aside the morning of January 28th to come and Begin.

On January 15th, Pastor Paul will start the new Winter Sermon Series. Growth Groups will also be restarting that week. This is a great time to get into a growth group, meet new friends and get connected. There will be a growth group table in the courtyard on Sunday mornings, or you can contact Brooke Phelps at BrookeP@ljpres.org.

Clipper's Dinner and Fellowship is coming up Friday, January 13th. They'll meet in Fellowship Hall at 6:30pm, after dinner they'll hear from The Classic Divas, Women who have reached the Age of Elegance. Several of the ladies have placed in the Top 10 and Top 5 at the National Ms. Senior America Pageants in Atlantic City. Bring an entree, side/salad, or dessert to share.
