Sandeep Balakrishna is a writer and author of Indian history, Hindu civilisation and culture for about two decades. He writes in both English and Kannada. Sandeep is also a former Information Technology professional with a long and successful career at major multinational corporations. He has translated the legendary Kannada novelist Dr. S L Bhyrappa’s pathbreaking bestseller, "Aavarana" into English as "Aavarana: The Veil," now in its twelfth reprint. Sandeep is the founder and editor of The Dharma Dispatch, an online journal dedicated to Indian civilisation, culture and history. He is a contributing editor of the Prekshaa Journal, a niche online magazine focused on Indian culture and philosophy.
