October 14th: Anthony Cook Arrested (1981)
Siblings should stick together. At least, that’s what most people say. On October 14th 1981 a man was arrested who, thanks in part to his brother, was able to commit a series of murders that dubbed both men the most notorious serial killers to come out of Toledo, Ohio.
