Episode Details

The plaintiff says she left her miniature chocolate poodle with the defendant while she was away, and the woman lost her. She says she’s devastated without her dog, so she’s suing for thousands. The defendant says she let the dog out in the fenced yard one day and she disappeared. She’s countersuing for unpaid rent. 

Then, the plaintiff says he rented an apartment to the defendant, but she ruined the place. He claims she put up an illegal wall, damaged historic floors, and left the place a disaster, so he’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff is a slumlord and the place was a wreck when she moved in.
