Luke Carl has been managing vacation homes since 2015. He has been active on Airbnb since 2011. Over 6000 reservations as an STR host in properties that he owns. Through Luke’s teachings over 10,000 successful short-term rental property managers have been created. Luke owns Large and Small Multi-Family, Single Family Long Term, and Vacation homes. He’s well-versed in all aspects of real estate and has been a full-timer since 2018.
