So, this week the government declared they would be kicking the woke out of science. It's a ridiculous sentence from ridiculous people and THAT'S OUR JOB. not theirs. So, in retaliation, everyone's favourite science siblings from Somerset have decided to inject a tonne more woke into their weekly science output by running through a history of some of the coolest LGBTQ+ scientists the internet told us about. Ron educates Laura on how wokeness is not a new concept, diversity has saved lives since the beginning of time, and how the idea of booting it out of science is as nonsensical as Laura passing the exam at the end of this.
