A 25% increase in the number of immigrants seeking asylum in Ireland.

There has been a 25% increase since the beginning of the year in the number of immigrants living in direct provision centers and centers for people seeking international protection status, according to new figures from the Department of Integration.
Tá méadú 25 faoin gcéad tagtha ó thús na bliana ar an líon inimirceach atá ag cur fúthu in ionaid soláthair dhírigh agus in ionaid le haghaidh daoine a bhfuil stádas cosanta idirnáisiúnta á lorg acu, de réir figiúirí nua ón Roinn Lánpháirtíochta.
Accommodation was being made available to 19,104 people by the International Protection Accommodation Services last January compared to the 23,983 people officially recorded eleven days ago, 24 September.

350 people of the 23,983 were living temporarily in tents.
