Dossier wines is a combination of passion and collaboration and is looking to do something a bit different than other wineries. They are building a luxurious wine experience while keeping it approachable for everyone.

Co-founders Sidney Rice and Tim Lenihan are chatting all about how Dossier Wines came to be, the unique challenges that celebrity owned wineries face, how the name Dossier came to be and what is most important to them as winery owners. And I’ll give you a hint…it’s all about the customer experience when it comes to drinking their wine.

You may know Sidney from his successful career in the NFL playing for the Minnesota Vikings and of course our very own Seattle Seahawks! Sidney has become one of the most active investors and entrepreneurs in the Pacific Northwest and he brings an incredible wine palate, unique business perspective and a drive to create unique experiences for Dossier guests.

As for Tim, Dossier is a return to his roots in Walla Walla and he’s living his dream of being in the wine industry. Tim draws on his real estate experience and construction background to help build Dossier from the ground up. Putting the right pieces in place to create something truly special drives Tim throughout his endeavors.

Dossier is a Walla Walla based winery in Washington that offers a modern approach to luxury wine inspired by the region’s great potential, incredible local talent, and distinctive terroir. Dossier Wines goal is to create an elevated and engaging experience for sophisticated wine enthusiasts.
