Description
The fourth and final episode of "Encounters," the new Netflix series from Steven Spielberg's Amblin Television, is reviewed. "Lights Over Fukushima" focuses primarily on UFO sightings that occurred off the east coast of Japan following a devasting earthquake, tsunami and subsequent explosion of the Fukushima nuclear plant in 2011.
