In this thirteenth episode of the Noodle it Out with Nikki M Podcast, Nikki and Justin have a conversation about obsession on the things we are addicted to.  A question asked is "I am so hyper-focused on NOT using/drinking/acting out that I am insane and keep running into the obsession of using/drinking/acting out... HELP!"  We jump right into the Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous with some real life issues from questions from real-life addicts in real-life situations and dive deep into the Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous as it relates to vacations in recovery.
