For those of us who know that we’re not going to doctors and hospitals, to take care of health issues that arise, I am very happy to introduce my people to Sherry Rothwelll, longtime colleague, and friend who has helped me over the years and very much now as well.

Sherry Rothwell, RHN (Registered Holistic Nutritionist) and GAPS (Gut & Psychology Syndrome) Certified Practitioner, will be discussing gut healing and how to take responsibility for your own health. She is no stranger to taking her health into her own hands either. In her early twenties, she healed herself of depression, paranoia, acne, chronic yeast infections and mono, and later as a mom healed her son of extreme eczema using a leaky gut diet.

Like I did she also birthed her daughter at home without any prenatal or birth experts - midwifed only by the creator. Sherry’s been helping people heal themselves since the mid-nineties, when she first began working in the natural health field.

Sherry will also share why her program the Delish Diet approach to losing weight naturally without diet-“ing”, is simply ‘a front’ for teaching people how to address their health problems at the level of root cause. She will share why natural weight loss, is a ‘good side effect’ of addressing underlying body system imbalances and explain why being fat is an effect of your health problems, not the cause of them.
