As a busy Mum and business owner Ellissia would not have considered herself as a heavy drinker having a few drinks to deal with the stress of daily life. Growing up with an alcohol father she never considered her style of drinking to be problematic but not meeting her own standards and using alcohol as a coping mechanism she decided to give it a break for a while. After a few different attempts Ellissia and couple of goes at the HIQA challenge, she is now alcohol free for 16 months and feeling amazing.
