On today's minisode, I'm talking about my love of rebounding - and no, I don't mean rebounding of the relationship variety. I'm talking about my mini exercise trampoline!

So obsessed am I by this incredible way of working out, that I decided to do a minisode all about how I discovered it, why I love it, and why you should absolutely give it a go.

Not only does it feel way more fun than running or going to the gym, there are a whole host of health benefits that mean this little trampoline will be your new best friend in no time; not least the fact that it's one of the best ways to get rid of cellulite, AND it burns more calories than going for a run. Yup.
