Catrina Simbe is Managing Partner and CEO of Pinpoint Talent and founder/ philanthropist of Tyler's Grace Foundation (www/tylersgracefoundation.org). She has spent the last 20+ years in recruiting, running successful divisions and mentoring staff. She worked for both a large publicly traded staffing/consulting firm and as entrepreneur/ co-founder and now CEO of boutique staffing firms.
