Since starting my fall semester in college, life has been hitting me hard, on top of working two jobs and having a podcast. Today's vibe of the day is reflection. In regards to today's episode, it is an episode that reflects on my opening, and it also explores, let alone navigates how reflections can have a negative or positive impact on us. Reflecting on life can help us gain clarity, understanding, and insight. It can also help us identify our strengths and weaknesses, allowing us to focus on areas for improvement. Ultimately, reflection can help us become more aware of our thoughts and feelings, allowing us to make better decisions and live our lives with more intention.

For instance, taking a few minutes each day to write down your thoughts and reflect on them can help you gain clarity on what is important to you and what you want to achieve in life.
