Tracy "Pinkhammer" Mebane, founder and CEO of Allman Reno and Realty.  Also doing business as ARR Cabinets.

 
She began hands-on renovating houses back in 2009. She understands the chaos that job sites, budgets, deadlines, and timelines can cause.  Honestly, we are all just trying to make a living, right?!  As a realtor, Pinkhammer knows that kitchen and baths are the way to a buyer's or renter's "yes".  She realized the need for investors and contractors to minimize confusion and maximize the budget, so she began selling directly to the source.  No upsells, no 20 hours on making the perfect choice to a homeowner, just done and done.
 
Tracy is a NC Realtor,  Project Manager for residential renovation projects, and the host of the Entrepreneur Pinks and Blues Show among other things.  Helping to organize the construction  processes will increase profit for all parties involved.
