BG Victor Perez USA Ret., Commander in Chief Military Order of World Wars (MOWW) gives us a picture of what this organization does not only for veterans but for the good of our society at large. They especially work with children to help them grasp the true meaning of being a patriot. Speaking of Patriots, although this is a Military Officers Association one can join as a Patriot member and work with them to build a better tomorrow for our country and the world
