Salvation comes through receiving Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. That very moment, when you accept Jesus, you are sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise. There is a difference between being sealed with the spirit and being filled with the spirit.
God now wants you to receive the Holy Ghost.
