Calming the WARS in your HEAD

Calming the WARS in your HEAD

Episode 192 Published 2 years, 8 months ago
Description

It is more that we let our thoughts raise themselves. We are responsible for our own mental health. What do you do with thoughts you don't want or are not serving you anymore? Check this out for sure.

In this podcast we used the The Imagination Frequency Meditation - 15 min (buzzsprout.com) to help your ability to imagine in pictures, colors, sounds and patterns.

Tony channels spirit to illustrate that the disturbances in our thoughts weigh us down and we have less energy to cope with our world. By addressing the heavy energies earlier we can be assured that it won't grow over time where it  becomes a real problem that robs us of our freedoms.

For safety reasons we ask that you not listen to the meditation portion of this podcast if you are driving or operating any machinery as the sounds and frequencies will place you in an altered state.
