What to do with your overthinking mind? Practices to find peace & clarity

Season 1 Episode 14 Published 2 years, 8 months ago
Description

Do you have a very active, overthinking mind? Does the voice of doubt overshadow your intuitive knowing? The truth is, our minds can be a scattered battlefield, especially if you have an undefined head or ajna center. In order to reign our mind in, we need daily practices that creates space and clarity. This episode offers my perspective on managing an open mind and honestly, the only thing that has worked for me. It is unsexy but it is my journey of embracing Vedic meditation to settle the storm inside my head.

I dive into the awareness I have gained, the ability to process emotions and shedding fears and insecurities. Drawing from the internal family systems approach, we'll learn how to acknowledge various aspects of our mind's thoughts and identities without believing them as fact.

In the hustle and busyness of our day-to-day lives, carving out time and space is a game-changer. It's not just about reducing stress or boosting productivity—it's about connecting with your creativity and driving force. I challenge the myth that stress is the key to success, and instead, your intentional actions and gifts are.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: My Meditation Teacher will now be teaching Vedic meditation on Retreat (valued at $880) all included in the package cost. Get ready for your life to change. Last remaining spots, don't miss out!

Hope you enjoy!
